Every coach we work with has led technology organizations at startups, growth-stage companies, and public companies. They've run product teams, engineering orgs, design organizations, and data teams. They know what it's like to manage up to a CEO who keeps changing their mind, to inherit a team they didn't hire, to own a number they can't fully control.

Every coach in our network has at least two years of dedicated coaching experience. Most have five or more. They won't learn to coach on your dime.
